Welcome to LayOver Crew!
These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Jean François VICTOOR ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our"), the creator and operator of the LayOver Crew mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App or Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
1. Service Description
LayOver Crew is a community platform for airline crew and pilots, offering exclusive tips, deals, community features, and premium content via subscription.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Some features require an auto-renewable subscription ("LayOver Premium").
- Payment will be charged to your Apple/Google account upon confirmation.
- Subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple/Google account settings.
4. User Content
- You are solely responsible for content you share (posts, messages, etc.).
- Do not upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.
5. Acceptable Use
- No abuse, spam, harassment, or misuse of the platform.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the App, servers, or networks.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content and code in the App and Site are owned by Jean François VICTOOR or his partners.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or Site without permission.
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for breach of these terms.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The App and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Jean François VICTOOR is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App or Site.
9. Privacy
- See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
